Back then, I had no idea what “durable medical equipment” even meant. But one thing was clear to me: people like my grandmother deserved better—and so did the families and caregivers supporting them.
Years later, working in medical device export sales, I came full circle. I spoke with importers worldwide who were eager to build trustworthy local brands, yet struggled to find dependable OEM/ODM partners who truly valued quality, care, and purpose beyond just production.
With the support of a structural engineer specializing in DME—who is also a stakeholder in a local assembly facility—I founded Nexsusmed with a clear mission:
